Bowery and Alba join forces and make debut investment in the Dutch logistics market with acquisition of last mile asset

Bowery and Alba are pleased to announce the acquisition of a strategic last mile asset in Best, Netherlands. Acting on behalf of an institutional investor, the acquisition marks a significant step in expanding the Voyage portfolio footprint in the European market after France in 2022 and Germany in 2023.

Situated in close proximity to Eindhoven, the newly acquired 28K sqm property boasts exceptional functionality, featuring 75 dock doors and truck courts on both sides. This prime asset is currently available for leasing, offering unparalleled opportunities for businesses seeking efficient logistics solutions in the region.

Bowery and Alba are set to embark on an extensive refurbishment of the acquired asset. Leveraging Alba's local expertise, both parties will work collaboratively to enhance the property's appeal and functionality, catering to the diverse needs of potential tenants. The refurbishment project will prioritise flexibility, ensuring the property can accommodate various leasing requirements and divisibility plans.

Following this successful collaboration, Bowery and Alba plan to actively grow the portfolio in the Netherlands.
