Bowery pursues the expansion of its European portfolio, with the acquisition of a logistics distribution facility near Darmstadt, Germany

The 13,500 sqm warehouse with a clear height of 6.5 metres and over 35 dock doors is subdividable, and is currently being let to an online retailer until 2025. The property sits on a large 36,000 sqm plot and provides ample parking and manoeuvring space.

Further ESG improvements as well as upcoming asset management initiatives will allow repositioning the property to accommodate future tenants’ requirements.

For this acquisition, Bowery has acted on behalf of an institutional investor and was advised by Immolox (agent), K&L Gates (legal, tax) and CBRE (technical, environmental).
